The South African security Zunaid Wadee violently pushing a television reporter up against a window. The journalist was pushed by the security staff for trying to interview captain Faf du Plessis regarding the ball tampering issue. The Channel Nine news reporter, Will Crouch, had his microphone knocked out of his hand and kicked along the ground and was ultimately pinned into a sliding door window by the security staff Wadee....

Arielle Jean Jackson, 32, was arrested after the incident at Dallas Love Field Airport on Saturday. Jackson “verbally and physically” assaulted a female operations agent shortly after boarding Flight 4976 to New York City’s LaGuardia Airport, a Southwest spokesperson told Newsweek. Jackson boarded the flight at around 12.40 p.m. and argued with an airline employee at the back of the plane, a Dallas Police spokeswomen told Newsweek. After she was asked to get off the plane, Jackson then argued with another Southwest employee at the front of the plane....

Innovative in that it didn’t require a controller to use, the Xbox 360 peripheral was able to track a player’s motions and translate them to in-game movements. Those who fondly remember the waning years of the seventh console generation may still have a soft spot for the thing, but the general consensus was that the device’s difficulty to read smaller, more intricate motions made it unsuitable for gaming....

It came as somewhat of a surprise when Sony confirmed an Internet connection was not required, as previous rumors suggested they were considering it. But, as it turns out, those rumors were false. As Sony boss Shuhei Yoshida tells GameSpot, the publisher and console maker never even considered an always-online connection for the PS4. Israeli company Noveto says it plans to release its first consumer device, the SoundBeamer 1.0, late next year. The desktop gadget uses ultrasonic waves to place sound just outside the ears, so even though it looks like a small speaker, users won’t hear anything coming out. On its website, the company explains how SoundBeamer uses a built-in 3D sensing module to track the position of your ears in real time, then sends the ultrasonic waves to “converge into small pockets of sound” near your ears....
