MLS commissioner Don Garber will make the announcement Monday at a news conference that will be attended by, among others, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed and Atlanta United owner Arthur Blank. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution was the first to report on Atlanta being chosen to host the event. The annual All-Star Game has long featured a team of the best players in MLS taking on high-profile clubs from Europe, with Real Madrid having participated in the 2017 event in Chicago....
