U.S. District Court Judge Richard Gergel was appointed to serve on a judicial panel for a lawsuit claiming that South Carolina’s new congressional district maps are discriminatory and weaken the voting power of Black people. The two civil rights groups that filed the lawsuit also argued that because lawmakers took too long to approve the maps, there wasn’t sufficient time for potential candidates to look into the new districts and for lawsuits to be considered before the two-week filing period commences on March 16....

In an online listing, Sanity has pegged South Park: The Fractured But Whole for release on March 13. Considering Nintendo’s strong relationship with Ubisoft, which it trusted to create the well-received Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle strategy game, it wouldn’t be all that surprising to see South Park come to the Switch. Police Chief Abbas Ahsan became aware of the incident on Tuesday after images of the woman’s x-ray went viral on social media, according to a tweet from Peshawar Police. “We will soon lay our hands on the sorcerer,” Ahsan told AFP. Comprised entirely of live-action footage, and with a runtime of only 16 seconds, the trailer was meant to be mysterious, and so it got us speculating. At a glance — just looking at the basic make-up of the trailer — it appears the trailer is for God of War: Ascension, Kratos’ fourth (non-PSP) tango with the gods....

This is an announcement some predicted back when PS Plus was first announced, and it’s actually impressive that it took this long for Sony to adopt an online policy Microsoft has been using for years.
