The game was initially released to the original PlayStation back in 1997, and quickly became one of the most popular and iconic Final Fantasy games to date.

Of course, it is no secret that Square Enix recently released a remake of Final Fantasy 7 earlier this month, which allowed players to experience the classic game with modern-day graphics and gameplay mechanics.
